This was invented last night, and is so amazing that I felt obligated to share. It's very rich.

Ingredients:
1-2 tbsp coconut oil (I use Nutriva)
1/4 - 1/3 c popcorn kernels
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp white truffle oil
salt to taste

Pop the popcorn in the coconut oil. Set aside. Melt the butter in the same pot, add the oil. Toss popcorn to coat. Add salt to taste. Serves 2-3.

Also, I highly recommend the Yellow Tail Cabernet Merlot. The cab gives it richness, and the merlot gives it fruitiness. Not sweet, but not terribly dry either. You do have to air it thoroughly. It's a very good combination-- I'm probably going to pick up a collection and age 'em for a few years.
