Was going to post a recipe for tofu pepper stir-fry, but then realized that anybody who wanted it could probably figure it out on their own, as i didn't do anything noteworthy with it. i do rather like deep-frying the tofu cubes before stir-frying them though. the texture is much more pleasant that way.

Oh, and i've finally finished off the peppers! made a pasta primavera-y thing tonight. go me. craving meat again, though. a vegetarian i am not, and will likely never be.

i should reorganize my access lists for posts. they're a mess.
