I'm feeling... almost... cheerful! It's incredible, and weird. The dork docs could be right about exercise raising endorphins and all that crap, or maybe it's just that I had a really enjoyable night last night. I went over to hotass and ate eggrolls and was sociable and silly and watched anime and a friend gave me advice on how to pick up guys. (hydraulics. big hydraulics. car-crushing things.) And I drank too much tea and got my epic scarf admired and ate limon squares and discovered that my tires were under-inflated by about 30 pounds which would explain my biking difficulties. And now I'm going to Mary's and then will hang out at SIPB. Wheee!

I feel puckish. too bad there's no mood for that. I love that word: puckish.

okay, calming down now.

exercise does raise your endorphins and can help with mild depression and can help your body better use insulin which can help make you less tired [because you're burning up food more efficiently] whether or not you have a glucose tolerance problem and it's just dang good for you.

Or maybe it's the scarf.

It was about time you had a good day! Whoo hoo! I strongly suspect the endorphins (and good company) had something to do with it. Runners don't get addicted to their endorphin rushes for nothing, and the right set of friends can make everything better.
