Apr. 28th, 2011 02:48 pmI never expected to be a morning exercise type, but I'm finding doing yoga first thing when I wake ends up being easier than trying to do it when I get home exhausted. And it's only 20 minutes so it's not like I have to get up *that* much earlier. Beats lying in bed waiting for the alarm to go off, anyway. The best part is I feel pretty good afterwards, which is unusual for when I exercise.
