Ow. For the first time in quite a while I woke up with a leg cramp in the middle of the night. Not nearly as bad as some I've had, but still. I feel I've been doing an awful lot of walking lately (I've been running errands or looking at houses daily) and my legs just haven't had time to recuperate. I'll have to take it easy this weekend, although I have a lot to do. Stretching in the morning and at night might help.
It just occurred to me that between work and sleep I only have 5 hours a day to get anything done, and much of that is consumed by napping, cooking dinner, or running errands. No wonder I have such a backlog of things to do.
I have been eating a lot better of late, esp. because I'm making it a habit to go to Haymarket every week to get fresh things. But I seem to be *more* prone to cramps when I get enough potassium, rather than less, which is how it's supposed to be.
I have decided to take the place in Arlington. We'll see how it goes. But it really is the best of all the options I have. I'll also be the only source of estrogen in the house; we'll see how that goes too. Now I have to find movers and figure out what I'm going to do with myself between the 15th, when I'm supposed to move out, and the 1st, when I'm supposed to move in.
I shall have to remember to take a nap today as I'm going to be up far past my bedtime. Also need to go shopping. Perhaps I can find another embarassing shirt at Tello's.

So much time, so little to do. Wait... strike that; reverse it; thank you.

Actually, potassium helps with foot cramps more than leg cramps, which are usually caused by not having enough salt in your diet.
